One day it would be possible to have an environmental balance that included adequate fish ladders, free flow run of the river hydro power and less river erosion from water surges. Protect our river!

We need to keep our streams and rivers clean of trash and rubbish. One of my favorite walks in the Town of Harrisville, NH is along a small brook that heads to Howe Reservoir, into the Ashuelot River and on to the Connecticut. The brook has always been lined with trash, but has recently been picked up. What a difference for the wildlife!
